GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you submit proposal above, please read our general rules of transaction with buyer as below.

1. Payment : buyer should complete all payment for the car or cars contracted. we prefer 50% down payment, rest 50% before loading container.

2. Shipping : we do only EX-work or FOB basis for whole sale buyer(company), and FOB or CNF for individual buyer(end user)

3. Import regulation, customs clearance, any charges related, duties, VAT and taxes in buyer’s country should be responsible for buyers himself. therefore buyer should check and consider all costs, related jobs, import regulations and etc before placing an order. Simply all jobs, costs and charges in buyer’s country(or destination) are solely responsible for buyer himself.
